What we collect

Lobang Eats collects information you choose to submit, including meal reports, venue suggestions, comments, uploaded images, and quick issue reports. We also collect technical data needed to run and protect the service, such as IP-derived security hashes, device identifiers for abuse prevention, and browser metadata.

Why we use it

We use personal data to review submissions, publish verified price information, moderate abuse, detect fraud, operate admin review tools, respond to support requests, and keep the service reliable.

Third-party services

We use Supabase for database and storage, Google Maps for the public map, OneMap for Singapore venue search features, Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention, and Google AdSense for advertising when enabled. These providers may process technical information needed to deliver their services.

International processing

Some service providers may process data outside Singapore. When we use infrastructure or vendors in other jurisdictions, we do so to operate, secure, and support the service.

Cookies and advertising

If advertising is enabled, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, measure, and personalize ads based on prior visits to this site or other sites. Users can manage ad personalization through Google Ads Settings or industry opt-out tools such as aboutads.info.

Retention

We retain submissions, moderation records, and safety logs for as long as reasonably needed to operate, verify, and defend the service. Some items may be removed, anonymized, or archived when no longer needed.
